Good recipe for homemade ice cream, no eggs?

I want to make ice cream, either with oreos, or something peanut buttery and chocolate!
I can’t find any recipes without eggs or heavy cream. I know we used to make it several years ago, but don’t know what recipe we used!

You can mix it up, adding in crushed cookies, crushed reese cups, or some chocolate syrup. (or all three)
